City Green Winterthur plans, maintains, and manages the green and open spaces, the forest, the Bruderhaus wildlife park, the five cemeteries, as well as the crematorium of the garden city Winterthur. Our services are central to the quality of the garden city Winterthur as a residential and business location.Your Tasks
- Professional operation of machines and equipment for greenkeeping and gardening
- Execution and co-design of maintenance, renovation, and redesign work
- Construction management for smaller projects
- Responsibility for the care and maintenance of the assigned machinery fleet
- Deputizing for the head of green technology
Your Profile
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ, focus on garden maintenance, further training as a foreman is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in the field of green space maintenance and greenkeeping
- Confident and careful handling of machines and equipment
- Team player, convincing, highly independent as well as high safety and risk awareness
- Driver's license category BE
- Affinity for MS Office programs
