Your Tasks
- Holistic care: You accompany acutely ill elderly people from admission to discharge, aiming to gradually restore their independence step by step
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Together with doctors, therapists (physio, ergo, speech therapy), and social services, you ensure optimal, holistic treatment
- Complex care: You apply your expertise in acute geriatrics, palliative care, and rehabilitative nursing purposefully and continuously develop it further
- Co-creation: You actively contribute your ideas to nursing development and interdisciplinary case discussions
- Promote & guide: You support learners and students in everyday life and gladly share your knowledge
Your Profile
- Education: Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma recognized by SRK)
- Experience: Professional experience in acute care or ideally in acute geriatrics or long-term care
- Social competence: Empathetic, resilient, and communicative personality with a heart for elderly people
- Expertise: High professional competence in care planning, assessment, and documentation
- Working style: Independence, sense of responsibility, and the ability to set priorities in dynamic situations
