Come join our kitchen brigade as a Chef de Partie on September 15, 2025!

Your mission:

• Prepare mise en place, create dishes according to defined recipes, and ensure timely service during shifts
• Participate in coordinating the brigade in preparing dishes from the various menus in accordance with established technical sheets and the standards of the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts group
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules in daily operations
• Control stocks and forward orders to the Head Chef
• Make proposals regarding new dishes, recipes...

You are the person we need if you possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Certified cook (CFC)
• Proven experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same category
• Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsiveness, flexibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
