- You lead the Building Services Wil team, currently consisting of three employees.
- You are responsible for deployment planning in daily business and plan the on-call duty.
- You operate, maintain, and service building technology systems, especially in the HVAC area.
- You independently carry out maintenance, service, and repair work and efficiently resolve malfunctions.
- You ensure safe and trouble-free operation through preventive maintenance.
- You monitor the systems, manage the building management system, and contribute to optimizations and efficiency measures.
- You read meter and consumption data, evaluate it, and maintain the corresponding documentation.
- You coordinate, plan, and supervise external specialist companies and accompany conversions as well as smaller construction projects.
- You check and professionally accept completed work.
- You document maintenance, repair, and servicing work and maintain technical documents in the FM system.
- You manage mechanical and electronic locking and access systems including key and authorization management.
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, as well as safety and data protection guidelines.
- You have completed a technical or craft basic training in building services, HVAC, building technology, or facility maintenance.
- You have further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence, maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence, or a comparable qualification (HF/FH further education is an advantage).
- You bring several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems, ideally in a complex environment.
- You have good knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and technical maintenance.
- Ideally, you have experience with mechanical and electronic locking and access systems.
- You work independently, structured, and responsibly.
- You are characterized by organizational skills and enjoy coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- You are a service-oriented, team-capable, and safety-conscious personality.
- You are willing to perform on-call duty in rotation.
