Your main tasks

• You take care of the maintenance and servicing of common sealing systems on flat roofs
• You analyze damages, locate and repair leaks and seepage points
• You independently carry out minor repairs and service orders
• You are responsible for clean, complete, and comprehensible reporting of the work performed (both written and digital)
• You professionally support customers on site and ensure transparent communication
• You lead a two-person team on site (work preparation, coordination, and quality control)
• You ensure a high quality standard and timely execution

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a roofer/polybuilder, gardener, or a comparable qualification with experience in the flat roof area (sealing or greening)
• Confident handling of materials such as bitumen, foils, and liquid plastics as well as experience in service and repair work
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
• No fear of heights and enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic IT knowledge
• Driver's license category B
