To complete its team, the care management is looking for the Neurorehabilitation services of HFR Meyriez - Murten, a

Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)

(1-year fixed-term contract, 40%)

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
• perform medicotechnical and care services within the defined scope of your area of expertise
• carry out logistical, administrative, and housekeeping tasks
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it
• work in pairs with nurses and thus take care of patients as a team
• supervise training staff
• certificate as a community health and care assistant

Your profile:

• mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the partner language, an asset
• (FEE training or willingness to become one, an asset)
• proficiency in basic and hospital-specific computer tools
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes
