- Lead and coordinate interventions on our buildings
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team that counts on you
- Distribute tasks intelligently and ensure quality
- Monitor maintenance, repairs, and small improvements
- Anticipate, prioritize, decide (yes, here we trust you)
- Manage equipment, orders, and suppliers
- Get your hands dirty when needed — you are also a technical support
- Technical training in construction (CFC or equivalent)
- Experience in maintenance or a technical environment
- Comfortable with team coordination (or ready to take the step)
- Driving license B
- Organized, pragmatic, efficient
- Capable of staying on course when everything accelerates
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility
