The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.

Your mission (if you accept it):
- Lead and coordinate interventions on our buildings
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team that counts on you
- Distribute tasks intelligently and ensure quality
- Monitor maintenance, repairs, and small improvements
- Anticipate, prioritize, decide (yes, here we trust you)
- Manage equipment, orders, and suppliers
- Get your hands dirty when needed — you are also a technical support
Your profile (the one that makes the difference):
- Technical training in construction (CFC or equivalent)
- Experience in maintenance or a technical environment
- Comfortable with team coordination (or ready to take the step)
- Driving license B
- Organized, pragmatic, efficient
- Capable of staying on course when everything accelerates
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility
- Bonus: you like the mountains, skiing, fresh air… good, so do we
