Tasks
- Job-oriented occupational therapy individual and group therapies in inpatient and outpatient settings (focus: neurology and musculoskeletal)
- Assessment of work-related abilities and development of individual integration plans
- Support and assistance with professional reintegration and social vocational measures of the disability insurance (IV)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical staff, therapists, IV and employers
- Organization and supervision of internships, work assignments and trial days for clients
- Documentation and reporting for future therapies and insurance
Profile
- Recognized training as an occupational therapist (for foreign applicants: SRK recognition)
- Interest in the topic of work integration and willingness to develop professionally
- Experience in dealing with people with psychosocial and/or psychological challenges desirable
- Flexibility, team orientation, independent working style and reliability
- Good MS Office skills
- Concise written and oral expression in German
