What you can achieve
- Processing registrations for preoperative rehabilitations taking into account medical and organizational requirements
- Telephone contact with patients to provide information and clarify open questions related to the planned preoperative rehabilitation
- Individual advice to patients in selecting a suitable rehabilitation institution considering the medical condition, personal situation, regional availability, and insurance benefits
- Preparation of rehabilitation applications according to internal guidelines and requirements, including complete and correct compilation of all necessary medical and administrative documents
- Careful documentation of all relevant information and process steps
What you bring with you
- Federal VET diploma (3 years) or training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C2); foreign language skills desirable
- High social competence and strong team orientation in a multiprofessional environment
- Coordination and organizational skills combined with assertiveness and flexibility
