The Special Education School Center (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our students holistically and individually from kindergarten age to school leaving. Our diverse educational offerings enable good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a teacher for 1st/2nd grade special school (SHP), 93%, starting 16.03.2026 or by arrangement. The position can be filled temporarily or permanently.

Your responsibilities
• Within the framework of the guidelines of the Department of Public Education and the school management, you provide instruction (class size up to 8 students).
• You take responsibility for the support planning and its implementation for each child in the class, including related discussions and general parent work.
• The administrative tasks associated with the teaching assignment also belong to your duties.
• You take over the operational leadership of the class team with the staff (social pedagogue and educational staff).
• In addition, you are responsible for class team meetings and participate in general meetings.

• You have a grade-specific teaching diploma or training in school special education.
• You enjoy working with children in the areas of behavior and communication support.
• You engage with the individual and challenging needs of our children.
