Political Science Study Advisor at 60%
Job Information

Contract duration: Indefinite
Work rate: 60%
Workplace: Géopolis Building - Lausanne - Dorigny
Your Activities
Within the general duties of the position, you will be expected to:
- advise political science students during their studies within the programs offered by the Faculty;
- check the regulatory compliance and pedagogical coherence of their study plan;
- prepare files to be submitted to the study commission office of the program to integrate administrative aspects to be considered in decisions (regulatory constraints, IT, organization of teaching and schedules, etc.);
- actively participate in the Faculty's teaching commission to contribute to the development of a common policy for student monitoring;
- monitor IN mobility students.
Your Profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- holder of a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in political science, with at least 5 years of professional experience in advising;
- with interpersonal ease, good organizational skills, and excellent writing skills;
- basic legal knowledge;
- proficiency in common office tools;
- good knowledge of English and German.
