We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual for the position:

ICT Supporter 100%

You bring the following skills:

• Completed training in an IT-technical profession or with comparable qualifications
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage
• Good hardware knowledge and proficient handling of Microsoft operating systems and M365 products
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in the administration of Active Directory, Microsoft client and server operating systems, and M365 (Entra, Intune, Teams) in a hybrid environment
• Current knowledge in PowerShell, Power Automate, and IT service management (ITIL)
• Experience in application support, knowledge in problem analysis
• Service-oriented, helpful, and flexible personality with a quick grasp
• Precise, independent working style, willingness to develop further
• Very good German skills, preferably English and French in the IT environment
• Good team and communication skills
• Flexibility, openness to new professional and task areas, and willingness to learn

Your tasks in our IT team are as follows:

• Define and ensure the internal support services to be provided
• Document the IT infrastructure and create instructions
• Coordinate external service providers
• Lead IT projects
• Together with your team colleagues, ensure 1st and 2nd level support
• Control, monitor, and ensure the stable operation of all relevant IT systems
• Installations, maintenance, and support of all workplace systems
• Maintenance work, migrations, and Microsoft updates of server systems
• Take on on-call duty in a rotation system (7x24)
• Perform and check backup/recovery (veeam)
