Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an industry expert in the Zurich–Wallisellen region to join our team as a "Priverianer" and support us in achieving our goals. In 2026, there is also the possibility, upon request, to work partly in Zurich city.

You will manage a clearly structured portfolio with an institutional owner, which enables continuity, short decision-making paths, and a cooperative partnership.

• Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• Completed commercial training with a specialist certificate in property management
• At least 2 years of experience in property management
• Confident German; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
