• You work side by side with our valued cooperation partners in the mortgage intermediary business, your helpful team members, and qualified specialists
• You advise your customers in a committed and responsible manner, especially in telephone and digital contact, on financing and provision topics
• You support and advise your mortgage customers, who mostly live outside the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, throughout their life cycle and at key events
• You maintain long-term customer relationships and sustainably expand them in your own customer portfolio

• You have professional experience in banking, ideally with proven experience in private customer service and financing business
• With very good language skills in German (preferably also in French or Italian), you convince in advising and supporting your customers
• You are equipped with good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and acts customer-oriented
