- Implementation, adaptation, and expansion of our software distribution (Matrix42 Empirum) to support operating system installations, software distribution, and client management
- Planning, creation, and implementation of migration concepts
- Distribution and administration of Microsoft 365 products as well as support of Windows 11 Enterprise/LTSC clients
- Support in operating Microsoft server environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, file/print servers) including basic administration and troubleshooting
- Preparation, execution, and optimization of rollout tests in close cooperation with division IT, local teams, and external consultants
- Second level support for client environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, software distribution), including error analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation
- Support in analyzing and solving network problems (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, basic routing/switching)
- User support in Singen / Schaffhausen
Your profile
- Several years of experience with software distribution tools, preferably Matrix42 Empirum or comparable solutions
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 Enterprise/LTSC and experience in migration projects
- Strong knowledge in the Microsoft server environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, group policies)
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite and its distribution
- Basic to advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing/switching)
- Experience in second level support and working with international teams
- Project and rollout experience in complex IT environments
