• You support the Head of Wine in all outlets, depending on need and scheduling
• You contribute in the banquet department and help create unforgettable events
• You assist operationally in our restaurants and ensure smooth processes
• You guide our guests through the wine cellar and share your knowledge and passion for wine
• You organize and lead tastings that inspire wine lovers
• You train our service staff so they are well informed about our wines
• You design product details and develop sales-promoting measures that delight guests
• You pair menus with suitable wines together with our head chefs
• You take care of customer retention by planning and implementing CRM measures
• You observe market and trend developments and contribute your ideas

• You have experience in a similar position in the luxury segment
• You possess good social skills and are a team player
• You can express yourself fluently in German and English
• You bring passion and professionalism to your profession
• You enjoy conveying values for the unique product wine
