Your tasks
- Project management for the introduction of the Service Recording & Coding module of our clinical information system KISIM in Swiss hospitals.
- Primary contact person for customers and analysis of their needs.
- Coordination of internal CISTEC tasks as well as taking on product and project responsibility.
- Co-responsibility in the product management team for the further development of the module.
Your profile
- Excellent experience with the Swiss healthcare system and knowledge of the corresponding outpatient and inpatient billing tariffs.
- Practical experience with service recording systems or coding in Swiss hospitals and clinics.
- Ideally, you have experience with system configurations and specification work.
- Proactive communication with high consulting competence and appreciation of professional customer contact.
