• You handle 2nd-level support requests for our digital products such as BEKB SmartLogin, BEKB APP, and TWINT
• You support consulting and training on professional topics in payment transactions
• You ensure knowledge transfer within the bank
• You work together with other specialists on the further development of digital products and optimization of our processes

• You have a commercial basic education and preferably already have experience in customer contact (support environment)
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills characterize you
• You have a technical flair and a high service orientation
• Difficult customer conversations do not unsettle you and you communicate professionally by phone and in writing in German and French (at least level B2)
• You are equipped with good communication and presentation skills, appreciate an open feedback culture, and enjoy working in a team
