You lead a team at the interface of pensions, product development, risk management and digitalisation. Together you develop pricing strategies and improve the profitability of the pension business. You use technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to create long-term competitive advantages. With strategic thinking and analytical skills, you further develop our pension business and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

What you achieve

• You develop the pricing and profitability strategy for the Swiss pension business. This ensures its long-term competitiveness and economic viability.
• Together with the involved departments, you develop new pension solutions and improve existing products.
• You identify insurance and business risks early and take measures to secure the long-term profitability of the pension portfolio.
• You are responsible for the development and improvement of tariff and pricing models and ensure their quality and marketability.
• Together with IT, you ensure that tariffs and provisions are correctly represented in the administration systems. You also accompany migrations.
• You use data analyses, automation and artificial intelligence to further digitalise the Pricing & Analytics area.
• You analyse the financial development of the pension business, identify potential for improvement and derive concrete measures.
• You implement regulatory requirements and contribute to internal and external reports.
• You lead your team, promote the professional and personal development of your employees and create an environment for good collaboration and strong performance.
• You work closely with pensions, product management, underwriting, actuarial, risk management, sales, IT, compliance and finance to develop sustainable solutions in the long term.

What you bring

• Completed university degree in mathematics, actuarial science, economics, statistics, data science or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance, pension, pricing or actuarial environment as well as in managing complex, cross-departmental projects.
• Extensive experience in leading specialist professionals. You promote talents and confidently guide your team through changes.
• Sound knowledge in the development of tariff and pricing models and in the analysis of complex data, risk and business models.
• Strategic thinking ability. You consider market, finance and risks and derive sustainable decisions from them.
• Experience with transformation, digitalisation or automation projects, ideally with AI-supported solutions and data-based methods.
• Initiative, decisiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You communicate clearly, involve the relevant contacts and enjoy working with various departments such as pensions, product management, sales, actuarial, risk management, IT and finance.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
