Plant Operator
Tasks
In this versatile role, you operate modern production equipment, perform quality checks, implement product changes, and ensure smooth processes in assembly. You carry out minor repairs and fine adjustments, maintain operating resources, and actively participate in improvement processes. You also contribute to setting up manual workstations and training new colleagues.
Requirements
You have a mechanical or electromechanical education and bring experience in handling technical equipment. Manual skills, interconnected and solution-oriented thinking, as well as an independent and reliable working style characterize you. You are motivated, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. We expect willingness for cross-departmental collaboration, and shift work is a matter of course for you.
