YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Handling and analysis of complex incidents and service requests in the areas of workplace, collaboration, and infrastructure
Ensuring compliance with SLAs as well as continuous improvement of support processes
Support during rollouts, migrations, and optimization projects in the environment of other end user services
Technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team and Group IT
Participation in the standardization and automation of support processes
Taking on the role of "Incident Manager" within the framework of ITSM best practices for the relevant processes
Close collaboration with 2nd and 3rd level support (vendor, external), internal departments, and other stakeholders
Active involvement in the introduction of new services and solutions

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed training in computer science (EFZ ICT specialist or platform IT specialist, HF, FH)
Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in ICT support (1st and 2nd level), ideally in an enterprise or industrial environment
Very good knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows client, AD/AAD, endpoint management (Intune), JIRA or comparable solutions and platforms
Knowledge in network technology and security
Experience with agile methods and working in a dynamic environment
Experience with ITIL-based processes and good skills in structured error analysis
High quality and service awareness, combined with initiative and team spirit
Strong communication skills in German and English
