Your Tasks
- Accompanying execution of DRG coding from admission diagnoses to case release for billing
- Optimization and case management of coding and billing processes according to DRG criteria
- Consulting and training of employees of the medical and nursing services in all questions regarding DRG-related documentation
- Processing of MD inquiries
- Preparation and execution of case dialogues with health insurance companies
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Clinical Coding Specialist (or similar training) based on medical training
- Professional experience as a clinical coding specialist and in billing
- Good knowledge of the DRG system, ICD and OPS classifications as well as the German coding guidelines
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily
- Structured and independent working style
- High resilience
- Proof of a complete measles vaccination is required
