As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good order, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• Support of building services (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, fire alarm system, etc.)
• Carrying out inspection rounds
• Ticket processing in the Fieldflex tool
• Organisation and optimisation of workflows
• Internal moves
• Coordinating maintenance and service work as well as performing minor repair and maintenance tasks
• Quality checks in cleaning
• Accompanying third-party companies

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or equivalent
• Professional experience in a similar position with experience in the care of building services systems
• Good PC skills and willingness to work with various tools
• Good German skills in spoken and written form and a communicative manner
• Precise, independent and service-oriented way of working
• Strong organisational skills and high flexibility
