Project Manager Mechanical and Plant Engineering 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- You optimize production sites, processes, and machines/plants in close coordination with the project participants
- You develop and improve operating, control, and digitization concepts to increase production efficiency
- You create and maintain project plans, documentation, and specifications and support the preparation of requirements specifications
- You integrate innovative solutions into processes and machines considering all relevant standards
- You take on a central hub function between plant managers, project members, and suppliers
- You actively participate in projects within the swisspor group
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in mechanical engineering.
- You bring solid knowledge and practical experience in the processing of plastics and plastic foams.
- You have already worked in line production and know the processes and challenges in this area.
- You have gained professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the construction industry.
- You have the ability to quickly grasp and understand complex contexts.
- You are characterized by high creativity in developing solutions.
- You have the ability to consistently implement ideas, innovations, changes, and strategies and to pursue goals motivated and persistently.
- You are an open, flexible, and resilient personality who can communicate confidently at various levels.
