What awaits you
- As a Workplace Engineer, you actively shape the further development of our digital work environment and ensure that modern solutions run smoothly.
- You optimize and manage our existing platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint, ensuring continuous improvement.
- You handle requests/incidents with the same professionalism as complex projects, taking responsibility and driving implementation forward.
- With your expertise, you develop innovative concepts for the Modern Workplace, implement them, and contribute your own ideas.
- You also actively participate in the Azure Stack area – because we are ready to further expand our cloud services together with you.
- Thanks to your solution-oriented approach, you significantly contribute to enabling our employees to work efficiently, securely, and with a future focus.
What you bring
- Completed training in computer science or equivalent qualification – the main thing is that IT is your passion.
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (administration & operation), including Microsoft Teams and ideally Intune (MD-102), as well as good knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and security features.
- Certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, or comparable M365 exams are a plus.
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and are a true team player.
- Strong communication skills: You present yourself confidently and speak and write German at a native level.
- You want to make a difference, enjoy working independently, and actively contribute.
