Your mission:

• Validate and secure the solutions developed by our electrical R&D, in the factory, on production sites, or directly at our customers' premises.
• Be a robustness actor: you ensure that our machines meet the highest quality standards.
• Become a recognized expert in validation, verification, and testing.
• Create tools and simulators to facilitate commissioning and technical support.
• Produce clear adjustment documents compliant with R&D specifications.
• Support production units to ensure manufacturing quality and proper equipment functioning.
• Address complex issues, with occasional travel to our customers.
• Be a technical reference for customer support, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What you bring:

• An engineering degree HES, Bachelor or Master in automation, electrical engineering, or software.
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, with demonstrated success in customer troubleshooting.
• Recognition as a troubleshooting expert.
• Team spirit, flexibility, versatility, and a real ability to take initiative.
• Object-oriented programming skills (ideally Delphi, C++).
• Availability for international travel (20 to 40%).
• Fluency in French and English.
