Work location: Winterthur Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building Technology / Janitorial / Gardening

Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of the properties entrusted to us
• Maintenance of customer gardens and ensuring the impeccable quality of plants and gardens
• Irrigation of green areas
• Maintaining constant customer contact and being a contact person for technical questions
• Small gardening tasks such as masonry and paving work
• Willingness for on-call duty and winter service work, partly also Saturday assignments possible
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines, and equipment
• Partially performing maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (janitorial, gardening, and cleaning tasks)

• Completed training as a landscape gardener or gardener with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Good Office user skills (Word, Excel)
• Driving license category B is required
• Strong sense of organization and good communication skills
• Assertiveness, social competence, and flexibility
• Independent, efficient, and reliable working style
