With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialized, and emergency care and over 5,000 surgeries of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

For our practice location Zurich-Stadelhofen, we are looking for a committed person starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Deputy Head Medical Practice Assistant 80-100%

• Planning, organizing, and preparing consultation hours
• Blood sampling, urine analyses, wound and dressing changes, as well as instillations
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
• Professional, hygienic, and flawless care of the examination rooms
• Various secretarial tasks (phone, reception, emails, administration)
• Responsible for duty scheduling in the absence of the Medical Practice Assistant Head
• Internal quality controls and maintenance
• Performance controlling in collaboration with the Medical Practice Assistant Head
• Assistance with internal process developments and continuation of the work manual
• Support in maintaining and managing the QM folder
• Creating and writing medical reports with AI-supported software

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ, nursing specialist, or health professional EFZ
• Experience as an MPA
• Good MS Office skills and foreign language knowledge
• Friendly, reliable, and competent personality characterized by high resilience and great motivation
• Enjoyment of active patient contact
