Project Manager Heating / Sanitary

Here is what you will do
- Planning and designing heating systems (heat pump, wood, district heating, thermal systems) as well as sanitary installations
- Project management from consulting, offer preparation, recording to installation/commissioning, final inspection, and billing
- Scheduling and execution planning as well as technical implementation
- Creation of plans in 2D + 3D (knowledge is an advantage)
- Negotiations with customers, authorities, and craftsmen
These are your skills and strengths
- A basic education as a heating installer or sanitary installer EFZ or building technology planner heating or sanitary EF
- Plus: Further training as a chief foreman heating and/or sanitary or at the TS level
- Or experience as a project manager in a similar position with comprehensive knowledge in order and project management
- A cooperative and communicative demeanor towards customers, partners, and authorities
- A motivated, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
