Welcome to Medbase Bern Westside
In our modernly equipped Medical Center in the Westside shopping and entertainment center, we provide interdisciplinary and quality-oriented care to patients.
The team, consisting of around 20 employees, is made up of specialists, therapists from various specialties, and MPAs. The main focus of the center is on sports and general medicine as well as physiotherapy and manual therapy.
We value close cooperation with the Bernaqua fitness center, where certain therapy forms take place. At Medbase Bern Westside, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance.
Working part-time is possible in all roles, and working hours can be flexibly arranged
What you can achieve
As an MPA, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination
Conducting laboratory tests, ECGs, and X-rays
Assistance with minor surgical procedures
Management and electronic billing of patient records
Ensuring smooth practice operations
Cooperation with the team on administrative tasks
What you bring
Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
Willingness to further train as a trainer and/or in X-ray technology
Organizational talent and joy in patient care
Empathy and flexibility
Team spirit and humor in challenging situations
Good German skills (at least B2 level)
