This position offers you
- You are at the heart of our Operations Department: As a Junior P&C Business Partner, you dive deep into daily business and develop step by step into a trusted sparring partner for our leaders
- You advise with head, heart, and attitude – practical, solution-oriented, and always with a focus on people, team, and organization
- You support our employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle: from onboarding and offboarding to development and performance topics as well as absence management
- You actively shape our recurring P&C processes – for example in salary and bonus rounds, location and development discussions, as well as talent and succession processes
- You support recruitments and placements and work closely with recruiting and other P&C units to ensure the right people are in the right place
- You promote a positive, performance-oriented, and healthy work culture by strengthening, encouraging, and supporting leaders in their daily work
- You participate in P&C projects and special tasks and contribute your ideas for modern tools, processes, and initiatives – valuable project experience included
- You use People-&-Culture analytics to recognize patterns and base decisions not only on feelings but also on facts
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed HR training (e.g., HR specialist certificate) or a comparable specialized further education
- You have initial experience in the P&C environment, ideally in a generalist role or in advising leaders
- You enjoy working operationally while understanding and thinking ahead about connections
- You are curious, approachable, and want to live P&C not from the desk but in real exchange with the business
- You communicate clearly, empathetically, and on equal footing – even when things get complex or challenging
- You work structured, reliably, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple topics
- You are eager to work on projects and want to actively contribute to developing People & Culture in a modern, effective, and future-proof way
- You speak fluent German and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus
