Guide to the tasks
- Accounting clerk
- Preparation of invoices
- Management of ordering system
- Inventory management
- Assistance to the parish clerk/management
- Minute taking for various committees
- Management of communication channels (including social media)
- Deputy for other administrative staff
- General administrative tasks
We wish for
- Very good knowledge of Office applications or willingness to acquire these skills
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting
- Affinity for social media
- Confident handling of text and image
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and organizational talent
- Interest in the church life of our parish
- Possibility for flexible working hours
