- Become part of our Data & AI Claims team and, together with other engineers and data scientists, take responsibility for the further development of existing and the implementation of new use cases
- Develop, optimize, and operate GenAI/ML applications implemented in Python on Google Cloud that efficiently use our resources and create value for the business
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of our entire codebase
- Share your knowledge with other team members and stakeholders and proactively contribute to the solution design of our applications
- Work closely with stakeholders & users to understand project requirements and translate and implement them into technical specifications

Your Skills and Talents
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally focused on Python-based projects
- Solid understanding of software development principles, clean code, and software architecture
- Experience with cloud technologies, ideally GCP
- Enthusiasm for new technical developments and the willingness to continuously develop yourself in a dynamic environment
- You have experience with (Gen)AI and machine learning and the implementation of AI/ML-based applications, especially their deployment and operation
- You enjoy understanding business processes, actively participating, and contributing your own ideas to identify the best technical solution
- Besides implementation, you also want to actively shape discovery by continuously testing ideas with users to find solutions that provide real added value.
- You speak both good German and English
