Tasks
- Support and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives (e.g. AI literacy, digital skills, change readiness) and gain hands-on experience in communication and culture change programs
- Assist in maintaining and developing competency models, skills frameworks, and learning pathways to support HR strategy and employee development
- Plan, execute, and document L&D programs, with opportunities to take ownership of selected tasks
- Conduct analyses related to workforce planning, talent topics to create decision-supporting insights
- Create presentations and support events that empower employees and leaders in L&D topics
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, and business teams to build cross-functional experience

Requirements

- Higher education diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in psychology, business administration, or a people-focused field
- Open mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for collaborating across different functions
- Strong team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to drive insights
- Hands-on mentality, strong implementation orientation, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
