Your tasks

Processing, control, and follow-up of payments in domestic and international payment transactions
Handling payments in sanctions screening
Written and telephone contact with bank customers, internal departments, and foreign banks
Independent handling of electronically supported payment transaction tasks in the mass area (scanning, recording, and follow-up)
Participation in the creation of e-banking contracts and account activations
Operation of the e-banking hotline
Investigations in national and international payment transactions
Participation in projects

What you bring

Commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
Experience in payment transactions (mandatory requirement)
Good knowledge in the areas of SWIFT and SIC
Careful working style and enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as administrative tasks
Good foreign language skills in English
