Your role
As part of a planned succession, we are looking to strengthen our finance team with a committed and dynamic leader (m/f/d) who wants to be active both operationally and creatively. You will lead a small, efficient team at the Liechtenstein location and work closely with the Group CFO. The position offers a structured handover and room to grow into the role.
What you will achieve with us
- You ensure that closing, reporting, and consolidation are precise, timely, and meaningful.
- You create transparency for decisions: planning, forecasting, key figures, and management reporting.
- You analyze legal issues and prepare them as a basis for decision-making.
- You further develop processes, systems (SAP, BI, Excel), and reporting standards and ensure continued high data quality.
What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration or comparable education.
- Solid experience in finance/controlling or auditing – ideally in a manufacturing, international environment.
- Very good understanding of business contexts and enjoyment in implementing things operationally efficiently.
- Very good German and English; French or other languages are a plus.
