Responsibilities

Plan, organize and coordinate the deployment of employees, machines, and materials
Monitor the quality of work execution and compliance with procedures and deadlines
Ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
Ensure that training and instructions given to employees enable them to perform their tasks
Manage stocks and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental standards
Manage administrative aspects (daily reports, measurements, time entry)

You bring

Foreman diploma or equivalent training
Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar position, preferably in civil engineering and bridge works
Sense of responsibility and organization
Strong leadership, client orientation, and team spirit
Knowledge of current standards and regulations
