Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the deployment of employees, machines, and equipment
• Monitor the quality of work execution and compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
• Ensure that the training and instructions given to employees enable them to perform their tasks
• Manage stocks and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental standards
• Manage administrative aspects (daily reports, measurements, time entry)

You bring

• Foreman diploma or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in civil engineering or structural works
• Sense of responsibility and organization
• Strong leadership, customer orientation, and team spirit
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations
