The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- A job that is anything but: "zero-fifteen at night"
- You care for our residents during the night with heart, mind, patience, and a pinch of humor in their home
- You ensure care that makes an impact and builds trust with your know-how
- You support the shift management of the dementia residential groups during the night with joy and perseverance
- You like working in a small, manageable team
- You appreciate the rather quiet atmosphere during the night
- You contribute your ideas to the team and actively shape the workplace
- Shift during the night from 9:00 p.m. to 6:50 a.m.
Our requirements:
- Completed nursing assistant training with SRK certificate
- Enjoyment of work and dealing with elderly people
- Several years of professional experience in the field of dementia is an advantage
- Team player and sense of responsibility
- Good German skills, spoken and written
