Social pedagogue or specialist with similar training 60 - 100%
We are looking for a social pedagogue, childhood pedagogue, or a professional from the educational, therapeutic, or health sector for our residential area starting immediately or by arrangement, 60 - 100%.
In the residential area, we care for children and adolescents of all ages who, for various reasons, cannot live in their original system for a short or long term.
You can expect an exciting and extremely varied activity.
Your tasks:
- Co-designing a varied, stimulating, and professionally coordinated daily routine
- Co-responsibility as a reference person for the comprehensive and holistic care and support of the residential children and adolescents
- Collaboration with parents and involved professionals
- Taking on early to late shifts and weekend shifts (about 2 days per month), usually no night shifts
- Taking on household and administrative tasks
- Taking on the PA function if interested
We expect:
- Enjoyment in working with children from toddlers to adolescents
- Understanding, empathetic, and life-world-, needs-, solution-, and resource-oriented case understanding and action
- High resilience and flexibility
- Independent, responsible, team-oriented, and reflective working style
- Identification with the lived guiding principles and the pedagogical attitude of the institution
- Completed training as a social pedagogue, childhood pedagogue, or in a similar professional field
- Driver's license is an advantage
- Practice trainer course desired
