• Leadership and development of employees (19 employees) in the filling department
• Ensuring smooth production to fulfill customer orders while considering quality, quantity, and time requirements
• Responsibility, monitoring, and coordination of all production processes of the can and glass filling lines
• Further development of the filling process with a focus on productivity and quality improvements
• Initiation and planning of maintenance work in collaboration with the technical service
• Enabling optimal cooperation between departments

• Vocational training with completed advanced training HF / FH in the field of beverages, food, or brewery
• Training as a brewmaster is an advantage
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in a responsible, managerial position in the manufacturing food / beverage industry
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with a high quality awareness
• Strong technical understanding of filling technology
• Empathetic leader with high self-motivation
• Solid SAP and MS Office skills
