Our general practice at the Deich in Therwil is dedicated to comprehensive treatment and care, the overall well-being of patients, supported by the knowledge, experience, and passion of our 9 doctors and 10 MPAs. We believe this can only be achieved through consistent teamwork and intensive exchange among each other. We have designed our practice workflows around the patients. Together, we not only discuss medical conditions but also regularly our collaboration.

Tasks
As an MPA in the General Practice at the Deich
- you welcome our patients, explain the process, and direct them. You are the hub and the face of our practice and represent it externally
- you are the contact person for our patients for all questions regarding their stay in the practice
- you coordinate patient appointments and answer telephone inquiries
- you organize consultations and are involved in their preparation, execution, and follow-up
- you perform laboratory and X-ray examinations, blood draws, ECGs, etc.
- you handle correspondence, document and manage medical data, and take care of quality control
- you participate in training and continuing education as well as our quality circles for MPAs
- you manage the in-house pharmacy
We expect
What do we expect from you?
- A completed training as an MPA or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in general practice medicine
- Good German language skills
- A friendly, helpful, and empathetic approach to our patients, addressing their diverse needs and personalities
- Willingness to work in the interest of the practice, engage extensively in team communication, and actively participate in the ongoing development of the practice
- Good IT skills, experience with electronic medical records (Epaad), and willingness to keep our practice modern in this regard
- Independent working style but also openness to questions and problems
