Founded in 1923, Schmohl AG is one of the oldest and most renowned car dealerships in Switzerland. The traditional company currently employs 55 people, is based in Zurich Glattpark, and holds brand contracts for luxury car brands Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Rimac, and Rolls-Royce.
To complement our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented, motivated, and engaging personality as a Front Office Host / Receptionist.
Take on the following tasks:
- Ensuring a first-class reception experience for our discerning clientele
- Professional care of guests on-site as well as on the phone
- Coordination of appointments and support of service acceptance
- Co-creation of a representative and inviting showroom experience
- Organization of travel, meetings, and internal processes
- Administrative responsibility including maintenance of the customer database (CRM)
- Management of office supplies / beverages
- Responsibility for efficient and discreet mail and correspondence handling
We look forward to your qualifications and experience:
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience at the reception of a car dealership or in luxury gastronomy or luxury hotel industry
- Affinity for luxury brands and premium services
- Confident German skills as well as very good English skills (spoken and written)
- Additional language skills, especially French, are an advantage
- Strong sense of discretion and confident handling of demanding customers
- Very high service orientation and excellent manners
- Well-groomed appearance and positive, communicative charisma
- Proficient MS Office skills as well as an independent and precise working style
- Time flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- Category B driving license
