It is responsible for nine municipalities, focusing on real estate transactions, but also in the areas of inheritance, marital property, corporate and bankruptcy law. From January 1, 2026 or by arrangement, we offer a responsible position as Clerk / Clerk Notary and Land Registry Office 100% Your main tasks:
- Independent preparation and follow-up of contracts and public deeds under the instruction of the notaries
- Participation in the management and maintenance of the land register
- Correspondence and communication with customers, authorities and other service providers
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks in the notary environment
- You have completed a commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- You are characterized by a reliable, team-oriented, resilient and customer-focused personality
- You work independently, carefully, efficiently and with a structured approach
- You communicate in confident German and have good user knowledge of the common
