Our software solutions support and automate the daily business of over 1,500 customers in the transport and logistics industry. With the software "vialo", transport entrepreneurs have everything in one solution, from evaluating tachograph data, tracking vehicles, to automated LSVA declaration.
Your Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for customers of our SaaS solution "vialo" and the associated telematics hardware (first and second level support)
- You handle service requests by phone, email, and ticket in our ticketing system, independently performing technical and professional analyses and consultations, involving software development if necessary
- You support new customers during the commissioning of the software solution and coordinate the interaction with the telematics in vehicles
- You document your activities and supplement existing documentation
What You Bring
- You have completed training in a technical field, ideally in the transport or logistics industry
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
- You are technically inclined and enjoy learning new systems
- You are communicative and have very good German language skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
- You have an independent working style and can prioritize and structure your work even during intense phases
