Senior Real Estate Consultant: Premium Real Estate 80-100%

Your tasks:

Sale of villas, single-family homes, and condominiums mainly on the right side of Lake Zurich and in the city of Zurich in the upscale genre / high-price segment

Consulting and support of very demanding clients throughout the entire sales process

Development of marketing strategies and concepts in cooperation with our corporate marketing

Assistance in the preparation of property valuations

Responsible for the implementation of defined marketing measures within the specified budget

Organization and conduct of viewings with clients mainly in an exclusive, upscale environment

Preparation of purchase contracts

Your profile:

You have several years of sales experience with very demanding clients, ideally in the real estate sector or in the luxury goods segment

You have ideally complemented your commercial training with a university degree or further education in the real estate industry

You have an empathetic and communicative nature with a winning, confident appearance

You are persistent, humorous, and a very flexible personality in terms of time

You enjoy contact with people and continuously expand your network

You speak fluent German and English; any additional language is an advantage

You have a category B driving license and your own car
