- Responsibility and leadership for the management of area and project developments
- Independent management and development of real estate projects (CREM). The focus is on SIA phases 1, 2, and 31 of service, commercial, and industrial properties
- Independent management and development of real estate projects (REAM), depending on the project goal from initialization to project utilization
- Support of internal and external users in the earliest project phases with experience values (rough costs, deadlines, and qualities) for the formulation of specifications
- Ensuring the building and planning law framework with management of corresponding procedures (e.g., competitions, development and design plans, etc.)
- Active participation in higher-level planning procedures (e.g., zoning and local planning procedures), as well as an active role in management and specialist committees
- Communication strength that you use purposefully to bring together different requirements of various stakeholders and develop viable results
- Resilient appearance in various contexts - from internal teams to the environment, municipal offices, or cantonal and national authorities
- Designing and leading processes such as workshops, test planning, and competitions with methodological confidence and a creative eye for the essentials
- University or technical college degree as an architect, civil engineer, or a comparable education
- Ideally a specialization / further education at university or technical college level in business administration and/or sustainable construction
- Solid experience in area and real estate development with a focus on industry, commerce & housing
- Good organizational skills with a holistic view for solution finding and great initiative, as well as high self-motivation and openness to new things
- High customer orientation and integrity, as well as pronounced social competence and reliability in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Native German speaker, language skills in English and French desirable
