Do you like to get involved, have high standards for quality, and have professional experience in food production? Perfect, then we offer you the opportunity by arrangement as a plant operator in our production. You take responsibility for the correct manufacturing of our products (bakery, confectionery & gastronomy products). You are responsible for the entire production process from preparation to feedback. Main tasks • Timely execution of the production program while adhering to quality, safety, and cost requirements • Provision of raw materials and semi-finished products using MDE handheld scanner (SAP) • Correct weighing according to recipe and filling of production machines • Operation and monitoring of production equipment (mixing, cooking, filling) in our production areas (powder, pasty, and liquid) including minor maintenance work • Feedback of production quantities using SAP/MDE • Cleaning work according to existing quality standards and maintaining personal hygiene, cleanliness, and order of the workplace as well as the equipment • Compliance with all instructions and departmental directives as well as complete recording of quality and safety-relevant data • Professional handling of raw materials, packaging materials, energy, and cleaning agents • Function as coordinator within the production process Experience • Basic training as food technologist, plant operator, baker, cook, or comparable training with experience in the food sector • Technical understanding as well as good IT skills, especially SAP • Solution-oriented thinking and behavior • Willingness to learn new things and also to pass them on • Independent and team-capable personality • Open communication with employees, supervisors, and ensuring information exchange within production • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (Mon-Fri; early and late shift) Languages German (at least B2) Special At Agrano, quality and entrepreneurial action come first.
