Claims Manager 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team that, as a Lloyd's coverholder, develops and implements tailored insurance solutions for international special risks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independent handling and processing of claims from our motor vehicle and property insurance portfolio
- Collaboration with our partners for claims in Financial Lines, Watercraft, International Accident, and Political Risks
- Recording claims in our insurance and banking systems
- Managing external claims adjusters
- Participation in the recovery process with the responsible underwriters
- Telephone and written contact with authorities, brokers, and direct clients
- Creating and further developing service quality promises
- Continuous development and optimization of our internal processes
- Active participation in projects and working groups
You bring:
- At least three years of experience in handling insurance claims, ideally with a focus on motor vehicle and property insurance
- Fluent German, with good French and English skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent service and strong skills in analysis, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
- Willingness to work independently with a high level of business and customer contacts in an international environment
- Team player with initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
