- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Administration Trade team as well as reception (approx. 4 – 5 employees)
- Ensuring efficient, correct, and customer-oriented trade administration
- Responsibility for monthly closings for the Waltenschwil location in cooperation with the finance department
- Management and control of production bookings, billing, and master data
- Planning of personnel deployment including deputy arrangements
- Further development and training of employees
- Analysis, optimization, and standardization of administrative processes
- Preparation of reports for the location or regional management
- Responsibility for reception organization and company medical services
- Interface between trade, operations, finance department, and location management
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed commercial basic training with further qualification in business administration or leadership
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in an administrative function, ideally in a trade- or industry-related environment
- Very good knowledge of ERP/merchandise management systems as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Experience in monthly closings, data quality, and administrative controlling
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop employees and delegate responsibility
- Structured, process-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
- Strong organizational skills and high implementation strength
- Analytical thinking ability as well as interconnected understanding of business contexts
- Clear, target-group-appropriate communication and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Resilient, honest, and responsible personality with pronounced service orientation
